Urban Sauna was created with one simple mission: to help people feel better—physically, mentally, and every day.

With over 20 years of building and remodeling experience , our founder has spent a lifetime creating spaces meant to be lived in, relaxed in, and enjoyed. Over time, one truth became clear: the environments we build directly affect how we feel. The right space can reduce stress, improve sleep, and support a healthier lifestyle.

That realization is what led to sauna.

After years of physical labor and long workdays, sauna therapy became an essential tool for recovery, stress relief, and long-term wellness. No trend or routine delivered the same impact as consistent sauna use. And it quickly became clear that others were looking for the same thing—simple, effective ways to feel better.

That’s when Urban Sauna was born.

Designing and building saunas isn’t just what we do—it’s what we love. Urban Sauna combines decades of hands-on construction experience with a deep respect for traditional Nordic and Finnish sauna culture. Every sauna is thoughtfully designed, from layout and materials to airflow and atmosphere, creating a space that supports recovery, relaxation, and connection.

Our saunas are fully customizable, handcrafted by local artisans in our Minnesota workshop, and built to last. Unlike mass-produced kits, our saunas arrive fully assembled and are delivered directly to your property by our professional team.

We proudly serve the Twin Cities and surrounding areas with delivery available within a 250-mile radius. From design to delivery, we work closely with you—and coordinate with electricians and landscaping professionals when needed—to ensure a smooth, seamless installation experience.
