Design

We’d love to schedule a discovery call to explore your sauna ideas and review the unique characteristics of your space. To help us design the perfect sauna for you, please share:

After our consultation, we’ll create a custom 3D rendering of your sauna, highlighting both the interior and exterior. This is your space to relax and unwind, so we welcome your feedback to make sure every detail feels right before we move forward with construction. We’re excited to bring your ideal sauna to life.
Once your design is approved, a 40% deposit is required to move forward. Upon receipt, we’ll begin building your custom sauna using premium materials and expert craftsmanship. We’ll keep you informed with regular updates throughout the construction process so you feel confident every step of the way.

Build

Your sauna will be thoughtfully handcrafted to match your preferences using premium materials. Construction typically takes 2–4 weeks, during which your project manager will stay in touch to ensure your site and electrical setup are ready ahead of installation.
Electric sauna heaters and lighting require proper electrical service. We ask that you coordinate with a licensed local contractor to complete the necessary electrical work before delivery. Requirements vary by sauna design, and all specifications will be provided ahead of time.
To prepare for the delivery and installation of your new sauna, make sure the site is level and has a solid, stable surface. For electric saunas, it is crucial to have the proper wiring installed before delivery. We will work together closely to ensure everything is ready for a smooth and successful installation.

Delivery

Ensure all preparations are completed for the outdoor installation before our arrival. We will notify you of the delivery date. Another 40% of the total will be due prior to delivery.
We are committed to ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of your sauna. Our team will use a trailer and/or crane for safe transport to your location. For the installation, our dedicated team will take care of setting everything up to ensure it’s securely in place. We also collaborate with your local electrician, who will handle the final steps for connecting the electricity to your sauna heater and lights.
